Return - Refund Policy

 

1. 🛑 Important Notes 

All our products are custom printed on demand, which means each order is made especially for you. As such, we request customers to carefully select the correct size, design, and color before placing an order.

TheTCrave reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or worn
  • The complaint is raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video and clear photos are not provided as proof
  • The issue is related to color variation, print placement, or delay due to courier

2. ✅ Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following scenarios:

  • The item received is wrong, defective, or damaged
  • There is a printing error, incorrect size/design (caused by TheTCrave)
  • The product was damaged during transit (with valid proof)

Accepted Issues:

  • Incorrect item/design/color/size printed
  • Visible print defects or poor-quality fabric
  • Physical damage in shipping (with unboxing video)

Not Accepted:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Minor print or shade variations
  • Delayed delivery beyond our control
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

3. 🔄 Return & Replacement Process

We have a 3-day return policy. To request a return/replacement:

  1. Email us at info@thetcrave.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share:
  • Your order number
  • Unboxing video showing the issue clearly
  • Images of the defective product
  • Original packaging (if possible)

Once we verify and approve the issue:

  • A free replacement will be processed (if applicable)
  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated

Note: Reverse pickups are offered only for valid cases caused by our error. In other cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.


4. 🚚 Shipping & Reverse Pickup Policy

 

  • Return shipping (reverse pickup) is free only if the issue is caused by TheTCrave .
  • For non-eligible returns, reverse pickup is not provided, and return costs must be borne by the customer (if allowed at all).

5. 💸 Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Receipt of returned product (if applicable)
  • Completion of quality check by our team.
Case Refund Timeline
Prepaid Orders 7 working days
Cash on Delivery 15 working days
Non-delivered/Refused Orders 7 working days (logistics fees deducted)
Missing Items in Package 7 working days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.


6. 📌 Additional Notes

  • Sale items, personalized/custom designs, and gift cards are non-returnable
  • Exchanges for a different size or design are not allowed unless it's a verified mistake from our side
  • For fast replacements, customers may re-order while the return is processed
